Review: Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water

Review time!

Today I will be reviewing Garnier’s Micellar Cleansing Water.

I bought this product after hearing about it in a Lauren Coates video. I have liked using cleansing waters as part of my skincare routine for a long time, so I really wanted to give this a go. Here’s what I thought of it.

What it promises: Removes makeup, cleanses and soothes. No rinsing.

Removes pretty much all makeup

This is without a doubt the best cleansing water I’ve used in terms of removing makeup. I use the product on a couple of cotton wool pads and it comes off cleanly and easily.

Refreshes skin

I find that when I use this product to clean my skin in the morning, it wakes my skin up and leaves me feeling refreshed and ready for the day. Definitely a bonus.

Suitable for sensitive skin

I have quite sensitive skin and have had no issues with this product. It is very gentle and has no perfume, so is very easy on the skin.

Clearer skin after prolonged use

I’ve found my skin has been clearer since I started using this product, and I feel that the deeper clean it can give and the fact that it removes pretty much all my makeup is really helping to reduce breakouts and make my skin look healthier.

Lasts a long time

The bottle states that the 400ml bottle should last 200 uses. I’ve been using this product for a few months and have barely made a dent in it. For a product that is inexpensive in the first place, this is definitely a plus.

Overall: 4.5/5
Repurchase?: Yes!
Price Range: £4.99 (Boots)

Thats all for today guys. As always let me know in the comments how you get on with this products.

Have a great day. Its almost the weekend!
